 The company BROEN Inc. is a maker of ball type valves and cocks known under the trade name "DZT". Today, the company is seated in Dzierżoniów within the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone, Sub-zone Dzierżoniów. However, history of the company has its com-mencement in 1993 when production of DZT valves of diameters from DN15 to DN100 was started in Zakład Obróbki Mechanicznej (Mechanical Working Plant) in Bystrzyca Gorna at Świdnica belonging to Dolnośląski Zakład Termoenergetyczny (Dolnośląski Thermo-energetic Plant).
In 1997, the association of capital BROEN-DZT S.A. was established and this new company has been transferred into Dzierżoniów. On 2006-01-01 the company changed its name to BROEN Inc. finishing with this way its process of integration with BROEN Group. Valves and cocks produced by our company are applied in heat engineering, air-conditioning sys-tems, gas installations and other industrial systems.
Now we are making valves within range of diameters from DN10 to DN500 in three basic versions: for welding-in, with flanges and with threaded endings. We are also able to make valves with other types of endings, e.g. with threaded endings suitable for welding-in. DZT valves may work in heating installations operating at work temperature up to 200°C and at pressure up to 4 MPa and in gas installations delivering natural gas of class GZII at work tem-perature from -30°C to +60°C and at pressure up to 4 MPa.
Our products have obtained technical approbations AT/97-01-0293-01 and AT/2000-05-18, edition II/2005, permitting them to turn-over within territory of Poland as well as hygiene attestation No. HK/W/0052/01/2006. All production processes as well as commercial activities are subjects of supervision in accordance with establishments contained in the standard ISO 9001:2000 (certificate No. 133769 issued by Bureau Veritas Quality International). Our products are also subject of supervision within the range determined in the directive No. 97/23/EC specifying requirements concerning pressure devices (certificate No. CE-PED-D-BR0001-03-POL, CE No. 0062).
Products made by other companies belonging to the BROEN Group, e.g. valves from groups BALLORX and BALLOREX, throttling valves and other are also contained in our commercial offer.
